GROUNDWATER PROTECTION NOTICE

DRILLING PERMITS FOR CATHODIC PROTECTION BOREHOLES

Pursuant to the Cathodic Protection Regulations effective May 14, 2004, an approved drilling permit must be obtained from the Big Bend Groundwater Management District No. 5 BEFORE a cathodic protection borehole is drilled and constructed.
